PHOTOGRAPHY

We all know that a photo can be interpreted in plenty of different ways. I view photography as a painting. You can do so much with it, and you can construct your own world. You can tell a story. As a photographer, I practice self-love, aim to relieve people from their insecurities and capture the small or big moments we take for granted. I like to challenge brighter themed photos by using darker tones to express my client’s beauty and/or happiness. Though, I can use brighter tones if preferred. I like to utilize natural lighting and shadows during my photoshoots. I think it offers more texture and character to the photos. I really want to help reveal my clients’ inner and outer beauty.

PHOTOGRAPHY JOURNAL

After being in quarantine for a few weeks due to COVID-19, I decided to start a photography journal. All the undated photos are older photos that I’d like to reflect on (no better time to do that than now). I wanted to see how far I’ve come as a photographer, and I also wanted to personally thank those who have supported me throughout my life and in my journey as a photographer. For my future photoshoots, I will continue to journal my experiences as a photographer — whenever that may be.
